What is to be done about climate change? Feasible technological alternatives to fossil fuels and political obstacles to their generalisation will be opened up in a lecture and discussion by one of india's seniormost economic journalists and most prolific and innovative writers.

The Wolfson AMREF Group is informal and friendly, and does not require a great commitment. If you are interested, then please come along to one of their meetings. Meetings are held at 1.30pm on Tuesday of Week 1 each term.

General Purposes Committee prepares the agenda for the subsequent Governing Body meeting, and is an important committee of the College. Chaired by the President, it is composed of College officers, elected fellows, four elected junior members (including at least two graduate students and one SF, RF or JRF) and the chairs of the General Meeting and the Social and Cultural Committee. Equality and Welfare Committee meets termly to oversee equality as well as welfare issues and policy. Graduate students may nominate themselves for this committee.

Nominating Committee meets annually in Hilary Term to suggest committee memberships based on the nominations it receives. Committee to which graduate students are elected.
