Utkarsh Agrawal

I am currently working as a Research Fellow (Data Scientist) at NDPCHS where I analyse electronic health records (EHRs) for effectiveness and safety of vaccines. My previous research projects included: 1) developing an enhanced surveillance of COVID-19 in the Scottish population, 2) developing explainableAI algorithms for fusing CNNs (applications included fusion of partial face images for facial recognition), and 3) developing a classification framework for stratification of unlabelled data (applications included cancer treatment group stratification and driving stereotype stratification).
