Wolfson members honoured in 2014 Recognition of Distinction

Four Wolfson members have been awarded the title of Professor as a result of the 2014 Recognition of Distinction exercise. 

The four members are:

  • Professor Julie Curtis, Governing Body Fellow, who has been made Professor of Russian Literature.
  • Professor Jas Elsner, Member of Common Room, who has been made Professor of Late Antique Art.
  • Professor Feliciano Giustino, Governing Body Fellow, who has been made Professor of Materials.
  • Professor Christopher Hodges, Member of Common Room, who has been made Professor of Justice Systems.

This annual exercise seeks to reward academics who have carried out internationally recognised research, have contributed to teaching at undergraduate or postgraduate level for the University, and have an ongoing record of involvement in University and/or College administration.
