New Online Booking System

You can book the barbecues; grand piano; media room, music rooms; multipurpose courts (for tennis, basketball and netball); squash courts and punts in the comfort of your own home.

In addition, applications for the annual punt permit and grand piano permit can be found online. We hope that this will speed up the process and enable you to access the resources more quickly.  

To be able to make a reservation or apply for a permit you will need your University Single-Sign-On credentials. If you are a Common Room Member and you do not have a single sign-on-please contact it.support@wolfson.ox.ac.uk
