Descriptions of the College's Accommodation
Garford Road: One two bedroom maisonette, and three two-three bedroom family houses, situated within a few minutes’ walk of the main site.
F, G, and H blocks: 15 two bedroom and 5 three bedroom family houses, all recently refurbished during 2014/15.
31 Linton Road: Two one bedroom flats for couples, each having own kitchen and bathroom. There is also a study/bedroom flat with a kitchen/diner and bathroom for a couple.
16 Chadlington Road: There are four self-contained one bedroom flats for couples situated over two floors in this converted house. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom.
14 Chadlington Road: This converted house is separated into five single study bedrooms over two floors. There are two bathrooms and two further separate toilets and a large kitchen on the ground floor.
25 Linton Road: This converted house comprises four two bedroom family flats on the first two floors. Each two bedroom flat has its own kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large flat on the top floor which is separated into four single study bedrooms (one of which is ensuite). There is one further bathroom and shared kitchen.
23 Linton Road: This converted house is divided into three. Section 1: 3 single ensuite study bedrooms, 1 single study bedroom with its own bathroom, large communal area and kitchen. Section 2: large flat with 4 separate single study bedrooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom. Section 3: large 3 bedroom family maisonette.
21 Linton Road: This converted house has five single study bedrooms and two self-contained one bedroom flats for couples. The study bedrooms share kitchen, communal area and bathroom facilities. Each self-contained flat has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Annex: 5 small, 8 medium, 10 large, 3 large with own toilets, single study bedrooms, over two floors. Each floor sharing one large & one small kitchen and several bathrooms/toilets. One single study bedroom with its own kitchen on the ground floor, with shared use of upstairs bathroom facilities.
M Block: Consisting of 18 single ensuite study bedrooms over two floors, each floor with its own kitchen which is shared by nine residents. There are also nine self-contained one bedroom flats for couples which are situated over three floors. Each flat has its own kitchen and shower room.
Main building: 86 single ensuite study bedrooms. Each room is in a set of 4/5 & shares a kitchen/communal area. 3 couples units have been converted into sets of 2, each set sharing kitchen & bathroom. Also 24 self-contained 1 bedroom flats for couples, 1 adapted self-contained flat & 1 self-contained flat with kitchen/diner over 3 buildings. 3 small & 3 large penthouses for couples.
Robin Gandy: 58 single study bedrooms, in two buildings flanking a central courtyard. Six rooms have a restricted view (small side window and a roof light). All rooms are in sets of three/four and each set shares a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Each room has a washbasin, bed, desk, cupboard, chairs and shelving.
Catherine Marriott: Consisting of 18 single ensuite study bedrooms over two floors, each floor with its own kitchen which is shared by nine residents. Each room has own shower, washbasin, w.c., bed, desk, cupboards, chairs,shelving and safe. There are four self-contained one bedroom couples flats on the third floor. Each flat has open plan living room/kitchen, with tables, chairs cupboards and shelving. Bedroom with double bed. Shower room as per single room.
