Winner of College Photography competition announced

Phil's image of a bonfire at Wolfson captivated the judges, and his photo of a swan and cygnets will be featured on the front page of this year's Plans & Prospects. The two runners up were Kim Wilkinson, MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies, with her image of a Wolfson Celidh, and Anne Hedegaard, MSc in Neuroscience, with her firework image.

Wolfson is a home to a multitude of thriving sporting, musical, and artistic groups, and the fantastic response to the competition shows how gifted some of our artistic members were. We received submissions from members past and present, and the judges had a very difficult decision to make. In the end, they based their choices on both the artistic merit and the extent to which the images reflected life at Wolfson. Thank you to all who took part; the subject for this term's competition will be announced shortly.
