'Reflecting the Landscape': photographs by Jenny Blyth

Jenny Blyth, the artist behind the exhibition Reflecting the Landscape', has spent a year through the seasons photographing Wolfson College and the gardens that run down to the River Cherwell. Her work will be open to the public from 18 February in the Private Dining Room at Wolfson College. 

"I walk daily whatever the weather and find a sense of oneness with nature that I attempt to capture in my photographs. I am drawn to the poetry in the landscape, and find that I am chasing beauty", says Blyth. 

Blyth has 27 years of experience in contemporary art as a curator and gallerist. She was curator at The Saatchi Gallery 1990-2002 and ran a floating gallery for ten years thereafter, originating projects and mounting exhibitions largely in London, Manchester and Oxford. Jenny Blyth Fine Art (JBFA) also curated forty exhibitions at Art Jericho in Oxford between 2010 and 2017. 

Members of Wolfson College are warmly invited to the private view of 'Reflecting the Landscape', which takes place on Sunday 17 February from 12:00 till 16:00. The exhibition is open to the public from 18 February till 28 March 2019, subject to College commitments. Visitors are advised to ring the Lodge on 01865 274100 beforehand. Learn more
