The Mental Health Awareness Week is organised by the Mental Health Foundation and focuses on a major issue each year. The theme this year is Body Image - a term that can be used to describe how we think and feel about our bodies.

With various events, including a Pilates taster session and a nature walk with Jack the Welfare dog, the Welfare team hopes to raise awareness of mental health and to promote good mental wellbeing practises.
