All messages are logged on a database and are accessible by all members of the team. Each request will be prioritised and allocated to a relevant team member. Depending on availability and other factors, various members of the team may help each other to deal with your request.
Please respect the fact that IT support staff have other work to do, and are not on duty all the time. Please don't contact them about IT matters by phone, or stopping them in Hall, or in other ways, as your request will not be logged.
Team members give one-to-one support in person at IT Surgeries. If you can't make the times of the surgeries, please use the on-line system to request an appointment.
Please Note:
For members of the University, primary support for academic matters should be provided by your department, each of which should have a Computing Officer/IT Manager.
Computing at Wolfson is subject to College and University Rules; IT Support is provided within certain guidelines.
