The College Secretary, also Deputy Data Protection Officer, is the first point of contact for any queries related to:

• College governance and governance services;
• the Governing Body (Board of Trustees);
• the College’s Statutes and Regulations;
• the committee system (membership, meetings, papers);
• the College Officers and Harassment Advisors;
• compliance with data protection legislation including the UK GDPR;
• the Named Lectures (Adams, Berlin, Haldane, Sarfraz, Syme);
• the Fellows’ Dinners (Welcome, Retirement, Foundation);
• the Academic Conference and Seminar Account;
• SharePoint, the internal contact list, and mailing lists; and
• the death of Fellows and staff.
