The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, liaising with contractors, suppliers, outside agencies, staff, students and other departments within the college. Reporting to the Home Bursar and providing guidance and advice to ensure high level of service throughout the college and at events.
The Estate Manager plays a key role in delivering operational support throughout the College and ensuring that the College provides a welcoming, sustaining and inclusive environment for all members of the community. He and his team are often the first point of contact with the College – whether for students, contractors, suppliers, outside agencies or the general public – and are essential to all aspects of College life. They work to ensure the College’s maintains its high standards and promote the values of the College community, with a close regard for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
