Blue Plaque unveiled for Sir Anthony Epstein
A Blue Plaque honouring Sir Anthony Epstein was unveiled at his home in Oxford earlier this month.
The plaque has been installed at 19 West Street, Osney, where Sir Anthony lived from 1986 until his death at the age of 102 in February of this year.
Sir Tony enjoyed a long association with Wolfson, becoming an Extraordinary Fellow of College in 1986. He sat on Wolfson’s Governing Body until 2001, when he was made Honorary Fellow.
