Maintenance & Housekeeping

The Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are here to maintain College facilities and help our members with any housekeeping and maintenance enquiries. Please note that all maintenance and housekeeping requests should be reported through the forms below. Staff have access to all accommodation and common rooms and carry appropriate College identity cards. Your attendance is not required while repairs and housekeeping are carried out.


For help with doors, cookers, lights, plumbing, etc., please submit a property maintenance request. By making the request yourself, you are giving maintenance permission to enter your accommodation in your absence. All requests are responded to as soon as possible during working hours of Monday – Friday (07:30 until 16:00); outside of these hours contact the Lodge for urgent requests only.

In the case of a genuine emergency, e.g., a flood, loss of power, etc., please contact the lodge (Tel: 01865 274100) who will assist you. On-call Maintenance staff are available 24/7 for emergencies only.
