University Lecturer in Roman Archaeology

College position:

Dr Janet DeLaine's research is situated broadly in the field of Roman architecture and urbanism, particularly in relation to the Roman building industry, Rome's port city of Ostia, and Roman baths. Currently DeLaine is in the final stages of preparing a volume on Roman architecture for the Oxford History of Art series.
