• Problems with furniture;
• Problems with soft furnishings;
• Small items, such as waste bins;
• Cleaning issues, such as spillages that need attention outside the usual cleaning days;
• Comments about day-to-day cleaning;
• Recycling issues;
• Requests for portering assistance (staff only).
