Our commitment to hands-on event management takes the pressure off the organisers.

We offer two slightly different day delegate packages here at Wolfson College which includes everything you need to host your conference with us. Our Conference Team will look after you from the point of booking and will then be available on the day of your event to assist. Your delegates will experience genuine hospitality and warmth of customer service from all of our staff. Please see our standard packages below, the prices listed are for 2020/21:


Option 1 @ £50 + VAT per head

Option 2 @ 42 + VAT per head

  • Main meeting room hire included (plus a room for catering)
  • 3 x refreshment breaks throughout the day with pastries on arrival, biscuits mid-morning and cake in the afternoon.
  • Option 1 – A hot/ cold buffet lunch or finger buffet lunch in private dining space
  • Option 2 – A sandwich lunch in private dining space OR lunch through the canteen (non-exclusive self service)
  • Standard AV included
  • There is an additional charge for breakout rooms, see below:


  • Break out room for up to 8 people
    • £100 per room, per day
    • £65 per room, per half day
  • Break out room for over 8 people
    • £150 per room, per day
    • £90 per room, per half day
