OxBikes

Wolfson College is working with our Sustainability Partner OxBikes, on several initiatives to make our community a greener and healthier one.

Oxbikes is a student run company that provides an online platform for both the sale and rental of pre-loved bikes, empowering people to cycle whilst reducing bicycle waste associated with people leaving Oxford each year.

Recycling of unwanted bicycles on College grounds

In line with the College’s commitment to recycling, a review of the bicycles on site was carried out and those bicycles no longer being used, or those left on site by individuals who have left the College, were removed.

All Residents and Students received guidance on what to do if their bicycle was in an allocated bicycle rack in the College.

Some of these bikes are available for purchase or rental and details can be found on the OxBikes website here, (www.oxbikes.co.uk).

Register your bike

Registering your bike helps safeguard against theft.  To register your bike head to www.bykeltd.co.uk, Once registration is complete, a coloured tag corresponding to your graduation year can be collected from the Wolfson Lodge: blue-2024, green-2025, red-2026 and yellow-2027.

Repairs

Wolfson students can also book a slot to have their bikes fixed using this link  Oxbikes Booking Form

Please contact home.bursar@wolfson.ox.ac.uk if you require any further information.
