This year, Wolfson College has been selected to host the annual Gala Dinner of the Oxford Guild of Chefs, a great credit and honour to Chef Tony Baughan and his team. The dinner is taking place on Saturday 18 April and will involve a mouth-watering menu.

The Oxford Guild of Chefs brings chefs, catering staff and like-minded folk together for professional interests to network, socialise and share information. Over 160 guests will dine in the Hall, the largest-ever number. Very unusually for Wolfson, there will be a top table, including the Guild Master's special chair.

The kitchen staff have been preparing the menu for several months, highlights include crotin goats cheese terrine with textures of piccalilli as a starter, roast seabass with Ratatouille and a chocolate tagine.
