Celebration of Azed's 2250th cryptic crossword

Guests enjoyed the Chef's exquisite cuisine in the Hall whilst tackling personalised cryptic puzzles. A display of memorabilia was available, including the menu and seating plan from the inaugural celebratory meal held in 1958, which one of the guests had actually attended. During coffee, a specially composed poem and limerick were recited, before guests adjourned to Azed's nearby home for afternoon tea.
