Each year we hold three named lectures in honour of key figures in Wolfson's history.

Join us for a day conference in celebration of Sanskrit studies, in honour of Dr Jim Benson; with eminent speakers presenting on topics including Pāṇinian grammar, Vedic, philosophy, religion, history, poetics and culture.
Come and find out what it is to be a Wolfson Alumnus. The Wolfson Alumni Office will be giving away information and goodies all day in the Café on Thursday 20th June. We look forward to meeting as many leavers as possible.
Guest Night dinners take place on Thursdays during term time and are open to all members of College and Common Room. They provide a convivial atmosphere and the chance to meet other Wolfsonians as well as entertaining guests. Dress code is smart, no gowns.

The event is BSL interpreted. This workshop is a cross-disciplinary exploration of the relationships between gesture and language, and the role of signifying embodied movements more broadly, in culturally Tibetan and related linguistic areas of the Himalayas. We consider: 1.
"Ishaare" has a double meaning: both "gestures" (in Hindi and Marathi) and "signs", as such, indicating that a strict distinction between them cannot be made.
This is an opportunity for JRF/RFs to meet and network at informal lunch in Hall. Beer and wine are served. Partners and children are welcome. There is no need to book in advance.
