President's Seminar: "Copying"

Like every term, the President of Wolfson College hosts a Seminar that invites a member of every academic level in Wolfson College to participate. This term, the general theme is "Copying". Our presenters, one Governing Body Fellow, one Junior Research fellow, and one Graduate Student will approach this theme from the unique perspective of their own fields: Prof Nicholas Cronk: "Plagiarism, rewrititng, text reuse in Enlightenment philosophy" Dr Charlotte Kirchhelle: "Copy thy neighbor, or not? Coordination and robustness in plant morphogenesis" Mr Bogdan Draghici: "Syriac manuscript transmission history" We invite everyone to join us at this Seminar and participate in the discussion. Wine will be served, and after the seminar we will all join in the dining hall to continue with our discussions over informal supper.
