Ben Simpson - AA1 NVQ - Promote Equality & value Diversity

As part of his role as Lead Member (People) for Thames Valley Police Authority Ben Simpson underwent the learning and development modules and evidenced his knowledge, experience and values in the same way that Thames Valley Police and the Police Authority expect of its senior and specialist officers.

Ben was awarded the OCR Level 3 NVQ in Police Supervisory Management, AA1 module - 'Promote equality & value diversity'.on 26th March 2009.
