For university card extensions or replacements please contact the general [dot] office [at] wolfson [dot] ox [dot] ac [dot] uk (Academic and Administrative Assistant).

The University charges a £10 fee to replace lost cards. Stolen cards or extensions are re-issued free of charge. For stolen cards you will need to provide a crime reference number, which will be given to you by the police when you report the theft.

To pay the replacement fee:

Visit the Oxford University Online Store.  Click on 'product catologue' and then 'university card office'.

Once you have paid for the new card online the University Card Office will release it to the college. You will receive an email when it arrives.
