If you started your course in Michaelmas 2007 or after, you will need to contact the University directly to request a transcript.  The University also provide on-course transcripts.  If you started your course before Michaelmas Term 2007, you can request a transcript through the General Office Secretary.

Bank Letters and Council Tax Certificates

The University enrollment certificate can now be used, in place of a letter from the College, to open a bank account (with most banks) and for council tax purposes. To print the certificate, login to student self service.  The College will then sign and stamp the certificate.

Please note: Natwest does not accept the enrollment certificate.

For all other letters, please contact the general [dot] office [at] wolfson [dot] ox [dot] ac [dot] uk (Academic and Administrative Assistant).  Please include the following details:

  • Full name (as written on your passport)
  • Course start date
  • Course title
  • Type of letter you require
  • How you would like to receive the letter (by post or email attachment)

Please allow three working days for letters to be written.
