Note: Accommodation this summer

The majority of current residents in College accommodation are booked in until 31 July 2012.  (Tenancies for en-suites in M Block, Q Block and C Block accommodation finish on 30 June 2012.)

If you are due to move out earlier but wish to stay on until late July (late June for ensuite accommodation in M Block, Q Block and C Block accommodation), please contact the Accommodation Office now.

If you wish to vacate your accommodation before the date stated on your Agreement two calendar months’ notice, in the first six months of any Tenancy, and one months’ notice thereafter, must be given in writing to the Accommodation Office.  Your original Tenancy dates will stand for Ballot purposes.

Requests for extensions beyond late July will not be considered until after the ballot has been held.  Please wait until an announcement appears in the Newssheet informing you how to apply.  Summer extensions cannot be guaranteed.

As accommodation for GSs and RFs is not guaranteed, members should consider putting their names on the University Accommodation List.
