IT Surgeries (or 'clinics' if you prefer) are provided for one-to-one help with IT problems, and are held held in the IT suite in room A349a. This is accessed through the Library, on the same level as the main entrance from the marble hall, at the far end of the main reading room (The Jessop Room).
