If you are a Member of College and you wish to create a new club or society, or revive a previous club, please read the Guidelines for Clubs and Societies (including information about health and safety, food and drink, and motor insurance). The Social and Cultural Committee has also established a hospitality fund to enable any member of College to put on and wholly or partially fund social and cultural events in the College. The facility is available for one-off or regular events that are not currently part of the College social scene. For example, the scheme has been used to provide pre-dinner drinks at Friday Formal Hall. Other ideas include cocktail evenings, Sunday brunch, and tea and cakes afternoons. The fund can potentially be used for anything that increases interaction and participation in College, so if you have an idea that you'd like to put into action feel free to propose events as conventional or as unconventional as you like.
